He got a lot of calls from leaders all over. And reading the paper today, looks like the Chinese government took him seriously. Also, UK and France didn't send anyone to the European Union's emergency meeting on the election of Donald Trump. Brexit, Trump, LePen? Wilders? AFD in Germany? Shoot, even the New York Times was trying to kiss and make up on Sunday.

The leftist movement is taking a walloping out there. EU is soon to be charred toast.

 

I agree with this. I definitely do not like Trump for many reasons, but he won fair and square. It is a hard thing to admit that the side you support does not have *all* the answers, and the reason our country is so strong is precisely because power shifts between liberals and conservatives, and each side brings to the table different but essential things that slowly move our nation forward.

Under Trump I would love to see comprehensive tax reform at all levels, it is so overdue. Along with any tax breaks, they need to cut spending somewhere by a commensurate amount so we do not fall into the old Republican parlor trick of tax breaks for the people and increased borrowing to pay for those tax breaks. I hope they seriously address our debt issue as this is going to end up in a total crisis (ala 2008) somewhere down the road. These are things that are in the conservative wheelhouse, and I *hope* during their time in the sunshine they tackle this shiiiit.

They are going to have to take ownership of healthcare which will be un-pleasent, cause once you touch it, you own it. But at least it will get the conservatives off the sidelines, and hopefully find some consensus on the best way to provide health care for our country. If they can figure out a way to bring down costs without booting 20 million people to the street, then hats off to them, but this is tough nut and don't think otherwise.

But all in all, I'm cautiously optimistic. I personally don't think Trump is that passionate about many of the conservative causes he used in his speeches, just look at his past. I think he just knew what gets people fired up. I do feel bad for the disenfranchised that hung onto his words. If you're unemployed in Ohio because the factory you worked at closed, you will most likely become very disillusioned very soon.

Now, let us not go soft on liberals here. Personally, I hope Trump starts a "Brown Shirt" organization that seeks out liberal assholes and crushes them, both politically, economically, and personally. Better than having the libfvcks come back 4 years from now if allowed to exist.
Don't forget, liberals jammed Obamacare down conservatives throat; Obama encouraged the homicide of police officers; Obama made it easy for Iran to acquire nuclear bombs (appeasement). Why go soft on those that supported them?? No reason to. Time for retribution. Crush them....
