One thing i saw in the news was where a bunch of illegal immigrants -around a 100 (dunno who all, could be Asian, mid-east, wherever) got together in NY to discuss a plan "B" in case Trump does go after illegal immigrants. i don't think that's too ridiculous for illegal immigrants to bond together - share lawyer info, "safe housing" in case they're place gets busted, and other tidbits of how to get out of that "bind". What i do think is ridik is for Cuomo of NY and the Seattle mayor saying they're welcoming illegal immigrants. that's absolutely foolish to say. Tell them to get a green card, become legal Americans. Very foolish of any political person to say such a thing
Trump's going to get the ones that are criminals out of here, whether they like it or not, one way or the other, they're gone. Give it time. The police saying they're not going to help enforce it will be brought down too. It's gonna get ugly for a little bit but you gotta crack a few eggs to make an omelet.
For those who follow such things, it is being reported that Washington driver's licenses will no longer be accepted as proper identification at international airports. This is due to the fact that the state has been notorious for handing out licenses to people who are illegally in the country.
Many liberal pundits are going on record disputing Trump's numbers of 2-3 million "criminal" illegals, even going so far as to using numbers from "non-partisan" think tanks, who ping their own numbers as being closer to 800,000 criminal aliens. Question #1: If our government states that even they don't know the exact number of illegal aliens in this country, how can they be so damned sure of how many of them have criminal records? Question #2: The mainstream media sure seems to place a lot of (misguided) faith in the numbers being thrown out by these so-called "non-partisan" groups. I'm going to draw parallels between these non-partisan idiots, and the "non-partisan" pollsters that did such a fantastic job during this past election. These clowns just don't seem to get it.

OK dude. FWIW, Bush's response to Katrina was an international embarrassment, just like his presidency. But in his defense, he didn't create Hurricane Katrina, nor do I believe that his lackadaisical response was an undercover racist effort to get rid of New Orleans' black population. Just to clarify, Dubya was a friggin' idiot and his henchmen Cheney and Rumsfeld were evil spiteful trolls.

Where would they find the time and money to go after a whole sh!t ton of illegals?? Local police don't handle illegals. In my department we tell them to get lost nine times out of ten. If we arrest, they get let out Scott free and tax payers money was wasted. We know it, they know it. Thanks Obama
Personally, I think the pollsters did a great job. They kept just enough of the Hillary supporters home ("Why vote if she already won?") to give Trump a victory. And we are all better off for their incompetency!!!
Yeah I know. ICE is charged with going after illegals, my point was they are a reactionary force. They are not going out and hunting down illegals anymore than I am. A crime happens, the offender is held, if not a citizen, you call ICE, offender is deported. Of course all this happens after multiple hearings and costs buckets of money and resources.
Just to add on that police won't be able to enforce this, if I, as a police officer called ICE and asked them to transport an Individual, they want there to be more than one arrest before they even get the person's information. Dead serious. Arrested a guy from Brazil last week, here illegally, was driving drunk. In a stolen car with no license. I arrest, take the trip to the magistrate, magistrate won't set bond because he's not a citizen. Also I was told that he needed to be held till ICE came and got him. I call them, I was told, hes not a habitual offender so we can't spare the expenses. Like what the truck dude. Isn't that you're job?
Yep. Perfect example. The laws are on the books, there just not enough manpower or money to enforce them. If you really wanted to deport illegals, you'd have to go outside the law. Suspend the writ of Habeas Corpus and the like. The last time that happened was in WW2 with the internment of Japanese Americans. The most famous case was Lincoln during the Civil War.
Sounds like a perfect opportunity for a vigilante group to "incorporate" and take care of these "problems"....... BANG!! BANG!! Problem resolved. NEXT!!!
