Considering a surf trip to Panama this coming summer, obviously the Pacific side, probably leaning towards either Playa Venao, Santa Catalina, or Morro Negrito. Has anyone been to any of these places?

I've been to Panama twice and stayed/surfed in Playa Venao, Santa Catalina, and did some exploring south of the Bocas. I can give you tons of info, but since you hate NJ surfers you can EATMYFUK!!

I was considering Bocas, but I thought the best time for Bocas is winter? Is that true? When have you been there?
