Keep an eye on that trend under Trump. I suspect it will continue to increase. There are a *lot* of baby boomers retiring, also increased automation, and a skills gap. A lot of help wanted ads are going unfulfilled due to a lack of skills. I have a friend who owns a plastics molding business, and the biggest risk to his business right now is finding qualified employees, he is severely undermanned. Not to mention, personally I don't know a single soul who is unable to find employment right now. If you want work it's out there, but you might need to relocate and skill up.
