'tis extremely true and outrageously ridiculous. An example:

I had a meeting with the police commander last year. A male citizen within the precinct was standing in one of the lines and looked at me, as soon as I walked through the door. I stepped into the line next to him, in order to let them know I had arrived. The man looked at me a second time, then a third, before he worked up the nerve to speak. I no longer recall his exact words (polite), but the gist of it was that he was extremely wary to verbalize how nice he thought I looked. He even mentioned that he was afraid to say anything, concerned that I might take it the wrong way. I felt so sorry for him. I politely informed him that he was perfectly fine with what he did, and that I had no lost love for today's feminists. He finally smiled in return.

Unfortunately part of the deal to get Seldom, Zgaffer, U2B, Metard, Stank, and a few others bans lifted included also lifting the ban on SloFlo, Wayne, and a few other crowd favorites. I guess if he makes exceptions for certain people than it was only fair to extend that same courtesy to the annoying types. It's the price of negotiation. It was an all or nothing ban lift essentially.

The other piece of the deal was that the mods will chill out on handing out so many infractions and bans, so it should be much harder for someone to get bounced from here now. This is how it has to be if we want our pals around.

What I suggest is a group ignore of the annoying types. If nobody responds to them, they'll get bored and go away eventually. Kinds sucks talking to your self all the time, ya know?
