Anybody watching these? It's actually pretty entertaining! I especially like these clearly educated people in the back of the room that are getting taken out by security for being purposely disruptive. Sessions is handling it like a pro, he just sits quietly and smiles and waits till they are gone to continue.
no ones gonna buck trump or what he wants..he has full absolute power,,,we have a lot of spineless statesmen these days
It is time we reverse the course we have been on the last 40 years or so. You cannot rule a nation "by exception" as the dems what us to do. Majority rules. Republicans won; Democrats lost. End of story. Get over it. In 4-8 years it will change back again, perhaps.
You are aware that Sessions is strongly opposed to legal weed and would love to throw people like you and me and half of the other people on this forum in jail for merely consuming a naturally occuring plant? Sorry, I just can't get behind backwards thinking people that say things like "Good people don’t smoke marijuana." and "We need grown-ups in charge in Washington saying marijuana is not the kind of thing that ought to be legalized, it ought to be minimized, that it is in fact a very real danger. You can see the accidents, traffic deaths related to marijuana. And you'll see cocaine and heroin increase more than it would have, I think." In his eyes, you are not a good person.
Yes i'm aware that he's not a fan of Mary J. Does not make a difference in my life, it's been illegal since I was born and I have never had an issue with my legal status as it relates to it. He stands for a lot of other things that I DO believe in however. I personally believe he will be focused on more important matters, but if he goes after it, then so be it. It won't change my life one bit. I like the prospect of a legal state, but it's not more important as say national security or upholding the law against true criminals.
Let me also say i'm more informed on the issues than you might think. I have plenty of spare time on my hands.
They should make weed fully legal and tax the living hell out of it. It would be a great source of income for the govt.
why doesn't he like Mary J Blige??
Agreed. However, I would compromise and not have it legal if it meant that our country was safe from terrorism brought here by illegal immigration and failed practices / policies that make it easy to come here from parts of the world that are hot beds for terrorists that kill innocent people. Herb is a wonderful thing, but safety comes first.
DP, you have to accept the fact that if you voted Trump, you're not punk and you betrayed the weed plant.
It's called priorities SS. I have not betrayed anything. Whether it's legal or not does not affect my ability to get my medicine, as i'm sure it doesn't affect yours either. I'll continue on as I have been for the past 20+ years with zero affect on my life whatsoever should it remain illegal. Legal herb is a luxury, national security is a necessity. Without it, it doesn't matter how much herb we are able to smoke freely, because we may not be alive to enjoy it.
I hope you are kidding. Making something (weed, cigs, soda , whatever) legal or illegal based on how much tax income the government can extract from us is, to me, moronic.
