    Pretty simple, let's see if anyone has any good stories. I'll start...

    Had a friend back in HS that had surfed a few times and wanted to tag along on a mission to OC. I don't remember what jetty it was but it was summer with a little small crowd. It was during guard hours so we had to surf the north side of the jetty and there was a pretty decent rip going N to S. Anyways, I guess my buddy misjudged where he was sitting because both he and another guy ended up getting tossed onto the jetty when they couldn't get under a set wave that rolled through. Wave went through and these two f*ckers just stand up and walk off the jetty onto the sand. Board was trashed, guards freaked out, I couldn't stop laughing...

I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, online and in real life, but you have proven time and time again to be an obnoxious troll.     A myriad of flailing drop ins immediately come to mind... particularly ones where I've been dropped in on, and then the guy who dropped in on me gets dropped in on. That's a totally, "kookier than thou" scene, and it's happened to me more than once.

    And that's exactly what makes it a nightmare... I never actually ride waves in my dreams. It's always "there's waves" but I never actually surf. I struggle getting my wetsuite on... I don't have a board... I'm waiting for somebody to take a dump... one time there was actually a huge bamboo wall on the beach with no doors to get through separating me from the surf, but I can see through the cracks perfect tropical bombs peeling off into the horizon.

    Total anxiety attack nightmare...

    Mine is I keep driving, roll up, there's fun looking waves...but we go to the next spot, fun waves, keep driving...it sucks.

    Last guy that dropped in on me was a fellow swellie... Called me into a wave, I pop up and there he was! My wife was impressed by our party wave skillz...

    My last few dreams about surfing were actually realistic... But most involve an unsurfable break or lack of equipment...

    Very close to my nightmares. Lots of very deep soft sand after grabbing my board and exhaustion never reaching the top of the dune. Somehow I always end up in an endless maze of hallways at an airport. How I get from the beach to the airport is anybody's guess.

    I have seen a carload of apparent tourists...seemingly from another country...try to back a loaded trailer directly into the shorepound.
