It wasn't just a mass murder, it was the worst act of terrorism on our soil since 9/11, domestic or inspired, doesn't matter. They did this ON Patriot's Day. At the finish line of the Boston Marathon, attacking America at the heart of who we are as a Country. They did what they had to do, they would have killed more people if they didn't do what they did.

Idgaf... when there is a know terrorist, that is currently killings people, hiding in your neighborhood sh!t changes.
I guess you'd rather they just got on a megaphone and said "PLEASE COME OUT AND TURN YOURSELF IN... AND PLEASE STOP KILLING PEOPLE... WHEN WE CATCH YOU WE'RE GONNA CRUSH YOUR LARYNX... THANK YOU"

    You don't get it.
    This is America. Not Iraq.
Two dudes kill some people and the fukin military is called in.
That's a violation of Posse Comitatus.
Do you even know your rights dude.

Can you name another scenario what're a terrorist was hiding in a residential neighborhood, while on a killing spree?

I do know my rights. And I do not feel that is violating them. I feel that is Americans doing their part and helping catch a terrorist

    You don't get it dude.
We have a Bill of Rights and a Constitution.
What happened in Bastan is in direct violation of this.
You don't think the founding fathers were hip to threats on the homeland?
For crysakes they drove the British out, so I think they knew a thing or two aboot that.
Learn what your rights are dude and don't be so reactionary when **** goes down and you scream for Mommy Govt to rescue you.

Obviously you don't. If you did you would know that what the Gov did in Mass was un-Constitutional and you would be pissed.
Instead you came out of your house when the smoke cleared and chanted YeewwwEsssAYY!!!

Pretty sure you're the one that doesn't get it dude. I know my rights. .. I don't scream for anyone to rescue me. If I was in the area I'd be sitting in my home with my gun ready for someone to come. But when the cops came I'd go out and let them see that no one was there.

If the terrorist ran and hid in your boat, you should have destroyed your boat. End of story.

I do not care. If a terrorist comes to my home, that terrorist is a dead terrorist.

The situation wasn't part of the training at the academy! I agree that having a gun in my face at my doorstep would piss me off but like some of you wrote, he could of been anywhere in that neighborhood,"which he was" and I do believe lives were saved that day! that piece of shatt was hurt and desperate! who knows what he would of done! he was a trapped animal and he needed to be put down! constitution or not, sometimes you have to call a audible! that pic of the soldier aiming at the window while the resident took photos. that would piss me off but they did what they needed to protect themselves and the public!

So they were just roaming Boston freely like nothing happened and then BLAM! there faces were all over the news and 'these are the guys!'.
That's why I call bullsh!t on alot of the circumstances surrounding this story and the clear violation on the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
