Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.
Good men and women fought and died for that piece of paper!!

If memory correctly serves me, it was during the 60's (but possibly the 50's) that we first realized we could produce a one page dossier of every individual, all stored upon a computer fitting within the size of a standard walk-in closet. The meeting wherein that information was first presented to government was once available on the White House.gov's website, but I do not know if it still happens to be the case. The only difference now, is that each person writes his own dossier for the government, and such is simply analyzed.

Whether it's your email or your city, privacy and freedom is privacy and freedom.
There is no difference. If there was there would be clauses within the paper.
Men and women fight and die for that piece of paper.

I shall post two photos, redacted, and one scanned White House document, from my family files, being how NYNJ has previously questioned things in which I have typed in the past:

    most know what this is:

back row, second from the right, but there exist others with him back row, center...

2nd from the left, still early career, White House
taken a few years prior to heading a special activities mission, abroad, SHAPE, for that one, and later base commander, Aviano (no public record...while much time there in other capacities, as well), but then much more stateside, after that...to include intergovernmental affairs...:

He would most certainly agree with Archy, as well.
