If you believe that American citizens, combined with our fine police cannot successfully take the lights out of two punk terrorists, you are idiots.
Oops typo. 4th amendment. First hand accounts of the force that day. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=g2yuaKEBbfo Also they acted recklessly.
Haha.. So it was a typo every time you referenced the 5th amendment while telling me that I needed to learn the constitution? What happened, that pocket constitution you told me to get was wrong?
No, it was a person who disregarded orders to stay in his house. The DHS walked right by the boat without searching it and searched the mans shed. All that show of unnecessary force and property damage and THEY FAILED.
I got my numbers crossed. You kept claiming you knew your rights and never even picked up on it. Cuz you don't know your rights.
Haha. Ok dawg. Way to deflect... Please tell us more about the FALN arrests and convictions that went off without a shot fired..
Alright guys, I can't take this anymore. For the record, the 4th Amendment is the article which is supposed to guard against "unreasonable search and seizure" of a person and his home, among other items. However, this law comes with some significant caveats which need to be considered. The biggest one is "unreasonable", and what is considered "reasonable". One example is the doctrine called "hot pursuit". In the case of hot pursuit, law enforcement need not present a search warrant if probable cause to arrest a subject already exists, and the subject is being chased "in hot pursuit" by officers. Additionally, these types of searches and seizures are considered reasonable if "exigent circumstances exist". In the case of having probable cause to arrest, hot pursuit of alleged perpetrators, and the violent ongoing mayhem during the pursuit, it would be prudent to say that "exigent circumstances" existed in this particular scenario. This particular case has been consistently deemed "reasonable" by courts under the 4th Amendment, and seems to be the most applicable doctrine in this particular case. Additionally, the 4th Amendment is not a "be all, do all" law against illegal searches and seizures. Officers do not need warrants to search, seize or arrest if: a) Probable Cause exists, b) If the search is incident to a lawful arrest, or c) The crime was committed in the presence of an officer. There are many other citations involved with warrantless searches and seizures protected under the 4th Amendment. I have provided a basic primer for your information. This information is enough in a court of law to nullify every one of your arguments, Archy. One more thing: Read up on "Posse Comitatus". It is actually a law which allows local law enforcement to recruit ordinary citizens to perform the duties of a certified Law Enforcement Officer in the event of an emergency. That's it, that's all it is. Any other interpretation of it is just that, an interpretation which won't get a sniff in a court of law. The only people that tell you any different are your Ammon Bundy types, along with Montana survivalists and "constitutionalists". Archy, you're a bright guy. Don't be "that" guy.
And don't listen to Fred, either. He's obviously a hardcore lib troll that made up this identity to create exactly this type of disharmony.
See what I mean, Archy? No. I did no such thing, you big baby Yankee, allegedly in/from NYNJ, and the reason being is that I was not born with one attached to me, via the grace of God, I do believe, nor do I ever desire to have one attached to me, especially after reading your anti-American, supposedly male drivel.
Is it a small cock? Is that why you don't acknowledge it? Seriously, whats up dude? Your grandpappy must be so disappointed
I guess that you are referring to Archy? Please correct me, if I am mistaken about that. I have not reviewed Archy's posts, from since I last stated, simply because my focus has been upon the imbecile, today. I credit Mr. Obama for any/all discord between American citizens, today, and rightly so, as well as during his past two terms in office.
Ohhh. I see. ... Did pappy dress you up as girl? Is that where it comes from? It must have been confusing.
