There is some really interesting music being made. For want of a better term it's "Beach Goth."

King Gizzard, Thee Oh Sees, The Growlers, Mikal Cronin, Meatbodies, All of Ty Segall's bands (try Fuzz and Goggs.) It is my new "hardcore." Still listen to some olde stuff, but it's nice to keep expanding.

I'm that grey haired guy you see surrounded by hipsters at the shows.

 

So i listened to king gizzard a bunch today. the vids are what make it. figured out why i think i like it. reminds me a little of this. HAWKMEN! DIVE!!!!!!!
