Yes, I find it to be torturous pleasure so far. Already somewhat able to meditate and stay focus with it. I could never do that just 'sitting still' or whatever. So far, so good.
Not to get all hippie dippie. But yoga got me into meditation. Almost like it taught me to completely clear my mind. Almost. Was definitely a step in the right direction. To really meditate is actually quite difficult. To completely clear your mind of all thoughts. Not easy. But I'd suggest getting it after doing yoga for awhile. On the mornings when i'm not yogaing, i'm meditating. Seriously is like a cup of coffee to me. Weird feeling. Even weirder to explain. But if your intrested in it, give it a try
