hmmm... I treat the first one as a serious question. Yes to step offs with skis, when appropriate. I had a weird belly flop kind one once because I couldn't master the tow rope. Definitely yes if you are Jamie O and its a board transfer step off. Second one also seems serious. Unfortunately, no. I have a mean crotch kick though.
