ha actually I still have and wear boardshorts from 3-4 yrs ago..but I did snag a pair of Oneills from a consignment shop last week nothing flashy more of a classic look whitish grey with faint black vertical pin stripes...(the stripes are to deter the sharks )
Was thinking that your Man Mountain physique & your sweater would spook all sharks to go look for wayne.
Avon pier in North Carolina great place to surf but the sharks are always around especially when their are a lot of fisherman tossing chum and fish in the water ,about a dozen of us were in the water and a shark came up under one of the guys board and started pushing and thrashing knockin him off ,holy moly scared the pure livin **** out of everyone we all went in the guy who got hit got to beach in what seemed seconds .ten years later the two russian kids got attacked layin partially in water on the beach there by a bull shark killed the girl and mauled her boyfriend .
Saw in a weekend in surf camp San Diego, that the sharks bite once only If a shark attacks, I start flying with the seagulls....

See how she was dressed? She was Askin' for it! Seriously, that looks to be a pretty sh!tty shark cage.
Not much of a cage if it lets the sharks right in. Kinda like using chicken wire for mosquito screen.
haha, i love the back tattoo. she's a looker tho, i'll give her that (and more if she inquires). now, i'm craving some soda
Say for instance you are in the line up with all girls and sharks show their fins. Do you break for shore first or do you make a racket and follow up behind. What responsibility do us true waterman have to the ocean? The real surfer never leaves a man behind; period! A real waterman surfer treats an attack on anyone as an attack on himself; school mentality of predictors. So there is different kinds of real surfers. The real surfer, the real waterman surfer, the real soul surfer and any mix of the three. Weekend surfers are not real surfers despite popular opinion. Because they never learn the little intricacies of their spot. Real surfers need spots and favorite spots due to tides and winds. So stop calling weekend surfers real surfers because they lack the dedication of a real surfer
I'm pretty much a weekend surfer clown, some of us don't have that option! But I act like a real surfer! I wouldn't leave anyone out there but your comment it stupid. I drive down during the week after a long day and do my best even though I started very late in life! Must be nice being you!
