you say he's getting the agenda done but what exactly has he done in 120 days? repeal and replace barely passes the house and is doa in the senate cuz it's such a sh!tty bill. nothing else has happened except a handful of executive orders. two travel bans went nowhere. btw, i thought this was something that supposedly needed doing right away hence the eos. i guess it isn't so pressing after all.

that was all good and fine until he said yesterday in the press conference with the columbian president that he made his decision after the rosenstein letter. so which is it? also it wasn't just spicer saying those things. pence said the exact same thing. i guess he's out of the loop too.

A solid SCOTUS justice.

 

For starters, I believe he's signed 36 Executive Orders. Link below. Also, what he's doing with the economy has been great. His foreign policy has been on point, especially dealing with China and getting them to put pressure on North Korea in ways other Presidents have not been able to. We're now able to sell beef into China, that's huge! I don't have enough time to list everything, but yeah, he's getting it done.

Healthcare will get done, don't you worry. Taxes will be soon after, you can count on it. Once those two things happen, people will start singing a different tune. More money in our pockets and better health care is what most people in America really care about. It's coming. Just hang tight.

just curious what sort of rulings you guys are hoping for with a right leaning supreme court. more citizens united like decisions allowing more corporate money into politics? overturn roe v wade? what?

I'm all for judges who uphold the laws and constitution as they are written. No more, no less.

 

Roe vs Wade for sure. Look, if someone wants to or needs to have an abortion, that is their decision. But do not make others pay for it. Abortion is homicide, not matter how one tries to rationalize it otherwise, so, I am against it, BUT....I am not a female so I would let them decide; basically, not my business.
However, in a rape case, if the female decides to abort, that is fine. But seeing as we are killing the infant, the rapist, once convicted with proper DNA etc, gets executed no right to appeal. There is zero reason to blame an infant alone and allow the perpetrator to evade guilt.

Scalia, absolutely followed the Constitution. It is THE reason he was so vilified by the far left. Justice Sotomayor is quoted to have said, "If he did not die, I was going to smash him with a baseball bat!!". Should a Supreme Court Justice say such a thing?? That statement alone should have been sufficient to have removed her from the Court. In other words, homicide is okay as long as it meets with her view of law.

Oh, you just said judges / court. In general, that's how I feel about ALL judges though. Supreme or other wise.
