Speaking of cams. Anyone else get this from the mid-town cam besides me? Haven't been able to see the live Mid-Town or Castle cam live for a while whether @ work, mobile Windows laptop, Mac or Ipad. I just get a black screen trying to load but never does.

Brah Bro it's against surf etiquette, I told him that, and he told me he is legally allowed to drive his jetski to shore or within the shorepound.

I said brah Bro firstly it's against surf etiquette to head hunt with a jetski on crowded beautiful days or any days for that matter. ( it's hard enough to paddle out already on big days without having to dodge jetskis )

Secondly you look like a fool retard posting stuff like that online.

    And lastly it's not legal.

Trust me brah we almost squabbled on the beach.

All I did was ask him nicely to move and he wanted to scrap. I'm not scared, don't want to catch a charge, even though that kook is endangering all of us. I will throw down defensively only. But bet money that punk would show up to every court date pressing charges. It's happened to me before

All I'm saying is if I wasn't who I am and was some dweeb like Yankee ( no offense ) he would of tried to break hard and bully push them around. Colin is a punk and always has been

It might look like a long Beach but on big days 75% of the place is rip tides, so at the main spot there is 3 to 5 places to sit, dodging rip tides, it's not easy. Then Colin shows up easily places him self in a spot that could fit 10 guys and takes the set waves, those are the only rideable waves if they break deep enough before they lurge over the bar.

    Kook! Colin is a KoooooooK

I'm a peaceful man, just wanna live and let live brah but kooks keep griefin me

I have too much time in to waste. Everyone can have the scrap days and the regular locals I have been riding with for years earned the waves we are both looking at...but I don't see anyone out on the heavy days that I go out on and have the years invested when work and kids allow me to that I still won't take the ones I want.

A paddleout can take you 2 or 3 streets sidways and that jetski is being driven in front of set waves putting peoples heads on the menu.

Colin is going to get some kid killed for youtube hits

Fuk Colin I will not let this happen anymore it's time to handle it. That spot is the best spot in 100 miles, it's paradise to some people.

Colins time of F ing around acting like a kook is over. It's dangerous, obnoxious and most important of all its against surf etiquette.

Colin is Clearly Kook of the year material. And since those photos made it onto surfline that stamps his worldwide level of kooking.

Btw IRI on a big day is not for the faint of heart

That 1 or 2 days a year it's maxing is legitimate. The 2-5 days a year its going off are beautiful.

I've never surfed maxing IRI SS but I have bodyboarded maxing SS when I was 15; many moons ago. It was just me and Colin out, way to big for Kooks. When I was 15 Colin was huge in the Bodyboarding world, it was an honor to ride with a pro. I've surfed with Colin my whole life. I might see him next swell

Thanks for Kooking out Colin, I used to respect Colin! I remember MIA, Brian S would do impossible tricks on a bodyboard. What great times that was at SS, when Bodyboarding was at the height of its popularity.

I've watched at least 8 tourists come out oF the water with dislocated shoulders. All regular SS surfers almost popped a shoulder at least once

We used to fight with the skimboarders, wow that brings me back

Seeing the waves at SS headed south on the old Bridge meant business

SS is dead completely, what we call SS now is actually Dumps.

They stopped the pumps when they were building the bridge for a little bit so I scrambled up there and I started having flashbacks; but she gone

Zero, I have been riding there to long to have newbies paddling all over the place like they are in a contest or just blowing waves for the photo or video to be posted as soon as they get in the parking lot. I am not dodging skis or towed in riders either.

I pick good, heavy days & find a spot by myself or with local friends. We trade off but eventually others & their buddies start creeping over & too anxious for every wave. Not happening, entitled kids can get it from their parents not me. Earn it or suck it up.

I 100% agree with ya! The funny thing is, those are the biggest issues I have there, the newbies paddling all over the place. But, I really don't have too many problems with them. If they are all jammed up near the jetty on NS, I can sit a little closer to the cove and things are cool. IRI is the main place I surf, I've probably sat right next to you. I do like to surf Cape when the swell is right, but once again, I won't sit right on the rocks with those idiots. I think they actually like running into each other there.

crowds in the winter are fine as the vast majority of those partaking can surf. as I stated in an earlier thread I won't surf there again until November because of the summer kooks!
