Naming a boat after her? As a sailor I would refuse to sail on it. Must be the only naval boat named after a ***** (they are bad luck according to naval personnel). Unless the boat is a garbage scow.....

 

I agree, Mr Barry. Was in the Navy 10 years. Two different ships. It sucks that she got shot, but no fvckin way she gets a ship named after her. Ships are supposed to be named after something like, "Allahu THIS!"

JFK's presidency wasn't much, probably headed in the wrong direction with Vietnam, the Russkies & more, but who could tell....? His presidency didn't last long enough to be effectively judged by history.

C'mon, Archeroo...that's not accurate......that's an edited version of the 18 minute speech that JFK gave at the Waldorf Astoria to the American mainstream media (reporters). Kennedy gave this speech just after his monumental fukkk-up wherein Castro kicked his ass back to Miami at the Bay of Pigs fiasco.

In this post-Bay of Pigs speech, JFK is clearly asking for the media to assist him in censoring items that might damage the USA's national security.
