Been feasting on fresh Yellowfin Tuna my neighbor caught 125 miles of the coast. 100 lb fish so he gave me a 5 lb chunk of the primo loin. Tuna steaks for dinner mid rare with green beans & scalloped potatoes. I also did some sashimi style with all the fixins, wakame seaweed, aioli, wasabi and soy. And speaking of scallops we went scalloping in homosassa last Sunday so I left some attached to the half shell and broiled them up in garlic and butter for an appetizer. The file downloader says my files are to big to attach, anybody know how to get around that?

Duuuuude! I need to get a peace of that action! We pretty much got skunked last trip on the boat, very few caught and none worth bringing home.

Well I went with him on the trip prior to the Yellowfin score. I posted about it in the fishing thread. We went out 125 miles, started trolling and trolled for 64 miles without a hit. Round trip was nearly 300 miles in one day. Left the dock at 4 am and returned that night at 8 PM. Long day for sure but at least he gave me some fish that he scored last Sunday.

I need to do that. I freaking love tuna man. My uncle went on a boat tuna fishing and had tuna for weeks. Don't know of any boats that do it around here though. Although i also never looked into it. Do tuna even come this far north? No idea. But i gotta get on that. Sashimi....mmmmm. Now i need sushi. Eff dinner. I'm taking the fiancee on a sushi date.

    Thanks mang!

Coffee and a banana (just one... piggies. Lol!) Homemade yogurt with local honey.

Roast turkey sandwich with some provolone and, as I like to say, "put a salad on it."... lots of lettuce, tomato and onion... oil and vinegar.

Fresh fluke on pasta... a few clams, herbs.

Vegan coconut ice cream sundae. The milk/cream is replaced with coconut water and coconut milk.

Had some greek yogurt with strawberries this morning and a smoothie - liquid organic green stuff, mangoes, raspberries, blackberrys, banana, bee pollen.

Lunch was 7 bean soup and the rest of the smoothie. Plus some smoked fish dip and jalapenos, on crackers, with a squeeze of lemon.

Weekend is upon us, this is when my diet goes downhill rapidly. Full Reports later.

I need to get my own jalapenos going, love those things. I eat hot wings when I need to clean out my sinuses, I'll pour sweat if I have to.

I love spicy stuff. Make my own hot sauce with homegrown peppers. Infuse tequila with home grown jalapenos and make spicy margaritas. Gets your nose running real good

Yeah man and its super easy and you can do it to taste. I actually made a typo. I use habeneros for the infused tequila. You cut a few in half, throw it in the bottle, and let it sit for 3-7 days. Longer you wait the more spicy it gets. With the habeneros if you let it sit to long it gets to be a little much. But if you use jalapenos instead you get less spice and a little more flavor. So you can experiment with diffrent peppers, amount of peppers, and time to get it just how you like. Allot of people think its crazy but then they try a spicy margarita and they love it. It's tastey
