But to be honest I am really excited about the prospect of the Republican healthcare plan. From what I hear it will hurt rural hospitals most (Trump voters). The thought of those hicks having worse hospital care makes me smile.

Dude, I got skills and I'm doin just fine. I cater to a clientele who wants top quality and are willing to pay for it.
But I see many others who are in a different boat.
I've also seen my town of Long Branch go from decent middle class hardworking tradesman and white collar types with a diverse ethnicity to becoming predominantly Central and South American descent, and many sections turned into little barrios where single family homes have been transformed into sub divisions with 10-15 people per house.
I drive pass my old high school sometimes when it gets out and 90% of the kids are Latino.
