Real music

 

Jeff is the real deal. I spent a LOT of time listening to his bands. Jeff Beck Group - Rough and Ready and the Orange Album are all time for me. I really don't dig anything he did after Blow by Blow (1980) but his older stuff just crushes me and he continues to be a real player to this day, i just dont like the style direction he went in.

Saw Phish at MSG Friday night.
Killer show

 

I was at that Slayer show too. Great show, hot as balls though!! Every time that fire pyro went off (and it went off ALOT) you could really feel that heat in the crowd. I generally prefer smaller indoor venues for metal shows but the sound and atmosphere were pretty good, except when a train passed
