Hell yes, I know I gained at least 10 pound after both my kids were born....I even put that chit is my coffee. Oh, were you talking about cow's milk??
Remarkable substances from humanimals. Various sized, shaped glands with extraordinary health beneficial fluid. #lactatetheworld
Here and there. I've got that kinda figured out for now. Just wondering how you guys feel about it. Slater has said he won't drink it. Some people swear by it, some won't touch it. Just curious. It's only as pointless as you want it to be.
Negative. Haven't had a glass in over five years. Highly recommend ridding your diet of it and the majority of other dairy products.
This. Although Silk Vanilla does kick A-S-S. Go light for the fat fight. One aside- When I was in New Zealand I had raw organic cows milk from a New Zealand dairy farm with open pasture grass fed cows- pig farmer we met and surfed with nicknamed Porky owned the place- and I **** you not, it was like drinking a lightly sweetened vanilla milkshake. Unreal. Also, it left your body with that fulfilled solid energy feeling I've only ever felt after eating Really good sushi.
wow I never thought id seen the day when the boys of si are protesting milk!! da **** is wrong with u people?!!(please don't infarct me adnim) I drink a glass of chocolate milk every single day for the past 25 years.my bones are stronger than dinosaurs.i grew tall, have no real issues other than my lungs from breathing in steel dust for over a decade.other than that I love the cows. I don't think I ever went a day in my life without eating an animal, whether beef, chicken,or pork.i wouldn't want it any other way so I say YES to milk!!
I tend to stay away from beverages containing calories, for the most part. My idea is that I'd rather eat an extra 200 or 400 calories than drink them. I will have a Gatorade or energy drink sometimes, especially at work, where there's unlimited supplies. I'll have a glass of milk or two, if I'm not feeling well or have heartburn. It usually makes the stomach feel a hell of a lot better when upset.
Milk actually makes heartburn worse, my friend. You see, it has fats, and your stomach then secrets more acid to digest the fats. Now, you have a stomach that has a lowered PH (acidic), aggravating heartburn in most people. Dr. Barry "know the facts before consuming fats"
