    if you didn't see it, watch the rewind. The kid was on point the whole heat, perfect technique, clean snaps. Evan surfed well, but did not win that heat.

    ^ no doubt...I even went to the live stream. The waves looked flat in Florida today (knee high maybe).

    It was knee - thigh with waist high sets at first light, not sure how long it lasted but it was fun till about 8am, I imagine still fun for a couple hours after that too. I wasn’t far from the Inlet, just a little North of it, no cam there though.

    Possible, not many breaks were doing as well as the one I was at so your assessment wasn’t off by much. It’s a weak ENE / ESE short period swell mix, hit or miss depending on the sand bar.

    I looked at the stream @ the contest and the webcam at Ponz. It seemed like it was hardly breaking. I think the higher tide was hiding the swell
