well, just so everyone knows, i got tendinitis around the new year and it hasn't let up yet. tennis elbow as they call it. no, i do not play tennis. the thought of paddling makes my arm hurt. sucks.

That sucks dude. Get one of those tennis elbow braces and wrap it around your arm, might work, might not, but helps my wife who also has that problem.
Look into rehab, Metard. (Not that kind of rehab!) Rehab and lots of Alive. I rehabbed my shoulder back to full strength several years ago... and rehabbed my knee back to about 90% this year. What do you think was the cause of it? Seriously... why the issue to begin with?
