Again, he should just admit it then. The issue isn't him banging a pornstar, it is him telling us it never happened when it appears, to me at least, it did. Obama would have never gotten such a pass, Trump shouldn't either. The infidelity isn't the problem, the lying is...if he is willing to lie about such trivial matters as who he had affairs with, what won't he lie about?

As James Carville once stated while defending Clinton during the Paula Jones allegations, "When you drag a $100 dollar bill through a trailer park, you'll never know what you'll find."

We all know how that turned out.

And, I'm not familiar with any President whom had never lied before, not even ol' Honest Abe.

One thing to remember is when allegations are made but not yet proven in a court of law, any and all yet unproven charges are just allegations. Therefore, they are referred to as "alleged", aka no finding of guilt. Example: Casey Anthony allegedly killed her daughter.

Another thing: the Stormy case had been previously settled by an arbitrator in an arbitration process.

First, settling in an issue out of court is not proof of guilt. We all know he's "guilty", but legally, the courts do not. We all know this very well.

Second, in arbitration, those hearings and settlements are binding by law, as long as the agreement is not covering up a "criminal" act. The issue has to be a non-criminal offense.

So, Ms. Daniels actually broke the terms of the agreement by speaking about it. And that is why Trump filed a Cease and Desist order. It has already been settled in arbitration, and neither Trump nor Daniels can take any issues to court (yet).

According to law, the law and the courts must defer until every avenue has been exhausted in the arbitration process. And proof must exist that those steps have been taken. This is why Trump's legal team offered to go back to arbitration when Stormy first started greasing the wheels.

So there's a good chance that this will go back to arbitration and Trump will probably shell out more cash.

On the off chance that it goes to trial, it would probably get pushed back repeatedly until well after Trump's first term. So don't hold your breath waiting for that to happen.

The best chance for Trump's detractors to "get him" on this case is to somehow tie the $130,000 payoff to an illegal use of campaign funding. I wouldn't hold my breath on that one either.

 

And I don't believe that Clinton was busting out the duct tape, flexy cuffs and a shovel. He probably didn't "rape" anyone, I feel confident that his dalliances were consensual. I'm also pretty sure that most of the stuff was going on while he was the Governor of Arkansas.

But he is or was no more of a predator than Trump or Kennedy.

Opportunist? Hellz yeah. But rapist and predator? Probably not.

When I think "predator" I think of Weinstein.

 

Weinstein needs to go to a California County jail instead of a federal prison, big Bubba would love to have some fresh stuff....there is a special place in hell for a-holes like that.

 

Guys like him never do hard time, he'll get off with a slap on the wrist instead of getting his peepee slapped. Pretty sure he didn't commit any statutory crime that I'm aware of though.

But, he's gonna lose his wife, his career and a mighty big chunk of change so maybe there *is* justice in this world.

 

It seems he has been reduced to rubble...career/financially and morally. Wait, he doesn't have morals. If he doesn't do jail time then he probably doesn't care one bit about any of it. Money and Power. bill, Robert, trump, Harry, and Barry...they are all the same. Young women are clueless targets (sorry all you feminist on here...Sig). Women have been taken advantage of since the beginning of time. Being a gentleman is either a farce or genuine. The young ladies are at a disadvantage b/c they don't know which is coming at them. Sick bastards should be slapped around by bubba a few times.

And don't get me wrong, men are wired to seek out the ladies....scantily clad and all. Doesn't mean you need to be a deviant and prey on them b/c you have said money and power.

They give all of us Gentleman a bad name.
