There are approximately over a hundred words (islam, jihad, ISIS) that if used together in any combination will red flag you for scrutiny by all government agencies.
Using one word by itself is meaningless, but put the words ISIS and bank transfer in the same text you are automatically under surveillance.
PS- Yes, I understand that I just used those words and this thread is now under govt surveillance.

 

The good news is.......
My friends in govt tell me they have a backlog of 7 years worth of data to sift through due to the algorithems listed above.
