I haven’t seen anything credible to support that. Do you have a link?

Lol I’m with Barry on this one but I guess time will tell. I want to see facts, not speculation. Thank you for the link though.

Just so I know where you stand:

True or false: A $130k payment was made from Michael Cohen to Stormy Daniels

Exactly... And there is no way to have a credible report on what may have hppened, because noone knows right now... But Mitchell's point is that
How would you see facts? The fact is that they are investigating whether the $130k payment was illegal. So there is no way to see a fact regarding that until it is investigated... The payment of $130k is not being disputed.

True. Here is what he said...

“Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly,” Cohen said. “The payment to Ms. Clifford was lawful, and was not a campaign contribution or a campaign expenditure by anyone.”

I hear you, but I will wait to see what happens first. It’s all speculation about it being a campaign contribution. I don’t get that part of it. Facts will come out eventually.

Even if the charge was factual, it's not the type of conviction that could run a sitting President out of office.

Just saw a headline that the DNC is suing Russia, Trump et al for colluding to tilt the election in Trump's favor.

    Wow

    Actually, that's not true...

    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...arijuana-states-rights-bill-senator-says.html

In a statement Friday, U.S. Sen. Cory Gardner, a Republican, said he’d received an assurance from the president on the states' rights' issue earlier this week.

“Since the campaign, President Trump has consistently supported states’ rights to decide for themselves how best to approach marijuana,” Gardner said. “Late Wednesday, I received a commitment from the President that the Department of Justice’s rescission of the Cole memo will not impact Colorado’s legal marijuana industry.

“Furthermore," Gardner added, "President Trump has assured me that he will support a federalism-based legislative solution to fix this states’ rights issue once and for all.”

I was in Colorado this winter and was in a weed store with friends... It was kinda weird. I don't really puff anymore, but if I do I want a good ol fashioned drug dealer.

Running the president out of office is such a shit idea. Constitutional crisis is not a good thing for democracy. Occasionally impeachment is warranted, but I don't think this is the time to be discussing that. Whether you like him or not, you will have your shot to make a difference, or keep the status quo in Nov. 2020.

On a somewhat related note, I sincerely hope everyone chiming in here actually voted. If you did not vote please STFU until the midterms when you have a chance to redeem yourself.

Yeah, but communists never have cared about "Constitution". Of course, DNC=communists. They are; they have clearly become exactly that. If you don't agree with that, you are both an idiot and a moron, and you really should go fuck yourself- nobody else will...

That's not exactly true either. This president has proven many times that you can not take him at his word on policy. I mean, look at how Nikki Haley got hung out to dry the other day. Yes, that a quote from a Senator but until it's law it's just heresay.

As far as im concerned the DNC is a failing corporation that went all in on HRC, and lost.
