The $130k settlement was supposedly agreed on in arbitration. My (considerable) experience with arbitration is that any agreements in arbitration are binding by the courts. However, if any issues arrive, those issues must go back to arbitration to be bargained for.

Then, if all arbitration avenues have been "exhausted", it may proceed to the courts.

I have never met an attorney who would skip the arbitration process and choose to go straight to court.

I think this speaks volumes about Avennati.

 

Plus, she was stupid for agreeing to $130k. That's a piddly amount, especially for someone as rich and high profile as Trump. At least a half million. What a stupid cum dumpster.
