Im too old to jump thru hoops. I could ask the same of u. If Hillary won u would have to justify being allied with communist China. She on record states how much she loves the way China runs their country.

... what was known as the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Trust Fund account.

Your account of it being "their money" is debatable.

I had to go back and refresh my memory. Take a look at the FMS fund's history and get back to me.

So we are supposed to believe what Putin said to a Kremlin reporter working for the Russian state news agency, because it was confirmed by a Kremlin spokesman?

Damn, you convinced me. Putin is clearly an OK guy who obviously did not order that plane to be shot down. Case closed.

Didn't vote for Hilary, nice try though. Funny how it's only two ways for you, either Trump or Hilary. There are other options bruhdder...

I made the bet to add some fun to the election. If I wanted to silence anyone, I'd be begging Barry to make that bet!

You Trump supporters are getting kinda soft.

You never saw me posting "Stop Bullying" pics when you guys were killing Obama and ganging up on me. Maybe this forum is little to mature for you Lance, I'm sure there are some seats left at the kiddie table.

Vote for what I believe in, not against what I don't.

Who said that? I just posted the entire story since it was being discussed and details were being left out.

Ok. The way it was posted looked more like "these are the facts". Still, shame on fox news for calling that journalism, then again, they are entertainers not journalists.

If that’s what the dude said then that’s what the dude said. Whether it’s true or not is unknown. They reported on what he said. So what’s wrong with that?

All MSM is. There needs to be more sites like Drudge. Varying degrees of the political spectrum should be used in the same structure. Get rid of news personalities. 90% news and 10% opinion.

I didn’t find anything of entertainment value in that article. They simply reported what he said happened. What opinion or spin was there? I see just an article that quotes Putin. Where does it say that what he said is true???

You started the post with "the whole story", but you don't think its the whole or true story? Why post it then?

Whats wrong is that Fox is putting forward a narrative that is based on what Putin said to a Kremlin reporter working for the Russian state news agency, and confirmed by a Kremlin spokesman.

If you don't see any problems with that, it's not worth my time explaining.

Relax. All I did was include all of Putin’s comments regarding the subject. Barry said he ordered the plane to be shot down but didn’t include that he also said he cancelled that order. Kind of an important detail no?

I didn’t say what he said was true. I just posted the rest of what he said. The truth can only be known by Putin and his people so I don’t know if what he said is true or not. Instinct says he’s probably lying but to assume everything is a lie all the time is a poor approach I think.

I guess that's where we differ. For me the burden of proof is on the politician. I assume they are lying until proven otherwise.

Yeah that is where we differ. I understand being skeptical, I am as well. But neither you or I have any proof or evidence to support the claim that it’s a lie.

It just comes across as emotional when you think every single thing is a lie. Yes he is guilty of lying about things in the past. So are a lot of the people on this here forum and around the world. It’s a human flaw.

I don’t waste too much energy trying to prove something that I cannot prove. I take things like this with a grain of salt. I wish you luck with your approach though, being overly cynical or pessimistic is a path to unhappiness.

I wish you and everybody else would just take a deep breathe about now. The political climate is too hot at the moment. So I think I’m going to take a break from this thread and others like it.

I’m not going to be infected by the histeria bug that seems to be going around these days. Back to surfing for me.

Me putting the burden of proof on the politician is the opposite of emotional.

I don't think of it as being "cynical or pessimistic" I think of it as being skeptical and cautious.
