DC has been overtly corrupt since the 60's. Reagan, Clinton, W., Obama made it painfully obvious. You needed Trump to show you light?

It is also hard for to give credit to a guy about exposing corruption when his entire staff(and he himself) appears to be involved in some sort of corruption.

Trump has some decent policies/ideas, but the lying and corruption is too much for me.

 

Until there is proof Trump committed a crime I don't want to hear it. So far, no proof, sorry.

Trump was the only candidate (other than Rand Paul) from my POV that has the balls to fight against the system. What am I supposed to support, some Green Party candidate? Cmon.

 

True, but overall the internet is good because it has allowed the possibility of more truth to seep through the consciousness. And that is why the establishment is so scared, they are losing control of their narratives because more people are tuning them out. Get ready for more censorship, ie Alex Jones.

I'm not expecting anything to happen anytime soon, but the trajectory appears to be terminal. After all, Caligula lasted 4 years.

I'd rather have the presidency run it's course than go through another impeachment. 2020 will become a lot clearer in November. I can wait until then.

 

Major problem for 2020 - the Dems have NO ONE to run that is remotely palatable to a solid majority of the people all across the country. NO ONE!

No ex-generals
No big time governors
No up and coming media stars
No veteran politician who has lots of respect

It's like the Miami Marlins - no pitchers, no hitters, no prospects, NO ONE!

So my hope is the GOP finds a way to get rid of Trump for the good of the country and puts in someone sane and civil to run this shit show for the next 6 years.

 

Support Rand Paul. The republican party did him dirty just like the libs did Bernie, and they are paying for it now.

There is no proof of corruption on his end. Poor judgement of hiring certain people for the job, sure, he's made some bad hiring decisions. Just because one of his lawyers plead guilty to two non-crimes that the Mueller team invented out of thin air doesn't prove anything. Those aren't even crimes and he plead guilty to them, just so he could get a reduced sentence. Smart on Cohen's part, but that doesn't make DJT guilty of anything. What Cohen was going to spend time in jail for had nothing to do with Trump. And what Manafort got popped for had nothing to do with Trump either, and happened many years before the campaign.

 

So you're telling me an ATTORNEY pleaded guilty to something that wasn't a crime without so much of a peep to the media? Do you hear yourself DP? You think a career attorney (that was the best of course because he worked for Trump, until he wasn't because he flipped) would just lay down and agree to something like that? Especially when he knows if he doesn't, the president will have his back (just like Manafort) and probably pardon him.....come on man, you gotta stop buying into everything Hannity is selling every night. I watch him to, but realize he is selling an audience what they want to hear....

Also by that logic, you can't tie Hilary Clinton to anything; but yet "lock her up" right?

I am no defender of Hilary, they should both be kicked from politics and investigated. So, what burden of proof would adequately satisfy you enough to agree Trump is a corrupt guy?

 

You're way off base brah. Cohen was going to jail for a long time for crimes HE committed, that had nothing to do with Trump. He knew he had no way to win and went with the path of least resistance to get on with his life as quick as possible rather than spending possibly the rest of his life in prison. It was a smart deal on his part. He was going to PRISON! HELLO??? His career as an attorney is over and he knew that!

He had no other choice really unless he wanted to try and beat it in court, which he wasn't going to be able to do. So he hired a lawyer from the Clinton camp and they wrote his plea deal for him and told him this is what we want you to plea to. That plea was strategically written so that people like you would believe Trump is corrupt, and you bought it hook line and sinker. What he plead to is not what he was facing jail time for. Doesn't that raise a red flag for you?

The MSM media is in full throttle orgy mode right now over this and you can't see it!? I didn't get anything from Hannity, I make up my own opinions and hardly even watch his show, to be honest. Once his show comes on I have already gotten the news for the day, it's just repeat info at that point. But that's besides the point.

If you can't see this is all designed to reverse the outcome of the election then you are not as smart as you would like people to think you are.
