Mueller don't play. Decorated Marine platoon leader - Bronze Star, Purple Heart in Vietnam, all while Trump was nursing his bone spurs back to health.

Mueller had originally considered making the Marines his career, but explained later that he found non-combat life in the Corps to be unexciting. This is *not* the guy you want investigating you. No wonder Trump has been in full freak mode.

 

We didnt elect Mueller. So far hes been good at exposing hookers.

 

Maybe because he hasn't released his report yet...his team doesn't leak like Trumps WH. Gonna have to wait and see.

You better hope ole Bobby Mueller doesn't get his hands on those returns. Something tells me that's where the obvious connections will be. There is a reason Trump companies have always been private corporations, the only time he ever went public it was a disaster (Trump Hotel & Casino '95-'04). Trump can't perform on the up and up.

I commend Mr. Mueller on his findings of the personal finances of some people associated with Tump. I believe the purpose of his seemingly endless investigation which has cast a long shadow on our country was to find out if Donald Trump was Vladimir Putin's strawman. What has Mueller dug up about Trump and Russian collusion? I believe the answer there is NOTHING.

Also, I wish for one second that someone was investigating the finances of one Hillary R. Clinton, and some of the money that was funneled from The Bank of The Kremlin, which is Vlad's personal checking account for all purposes when she was brokering a deal to give Russia nuclear grade plutonium. Think about that for a second.

She isn't president, I am sure if she was, the Republican House would be all over it. Biggest job in the nation comes with the biggest target. No one cares about the loser. Bob Dole, Al Gore, John Kerry, Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney all lost most if not all political capital after losing. Just a deflection tactic.

 

first of all, just stop it with the false outrage over the cost of the mueller investigation. while $20 million is a lot of money to most of us, it is peanuts in the grand scheme of government spending. if you really want to save $20 million you could just have trump stay in the white house for a couple of weekends instead of going golfing at one of his properties. besides, while campaigning he said he wouldn't have time to play golf because he would be working so hard.

so now that we've determined that the expense of the investigation is not really an issue, what is the big problem with the mueller probe? it has been investigating crimes, charging criminals and getting guilty pleas and convictions. seems like a pretty successful law enforcement action to me. do you have a problem with laws being enforced? let the investigation continue to its conclusion. anybody who has not committed a crime should not have anything to worry about.

Who cares about Manafort? What he did happened loooong before he joined the Trump campaign for a very short time. Had he not of been affiliated with Trump he would have never of gotten charged.

His charges are also well outside of the scope of the Mueller investigation and is an abuse of power. The Mueller investigation is only supposed to look at the Russian's attempt to influence the election aka "meddling" and the potential collusion with the Trump campaign. Knowing what we know now about the corruption within the Justice Department and the Intelligence community, the entire investigation should be shut down and labeled null and void as it was illegally launched in the first place. FISA abuse anybody?

They proved Russians were meddling (as they ALWAYS do) but no proof of collusion after 2 years. The Justice Department, despite being in the tank for Hillary, has even said this, and they have said that the Russians were only trying to create division and sew discord in our Country, which they were very successful, as evidence of this nice long thread. The Russians weren't for one candidate or the other, they were proven to have been playing both sides to get everybody fighting with each other.

Back to my point... these charges should have been brought to Manafort a long time ago in the proper way rather than sitting on them and waiting for a politically opportune time to do something about it.

Someone should have alerted Trump as well so he could have avoiding bringing him on for that short time. Had he of known he was under investigation he would have never of brought him on in the first place. He was highly recommended by a lot of folks as he had worked with other presidents and top political figures before.

 

Republicans didn't have a problem spending 4 times that amount on Ken Starrs investigation into fellatio.

 

i'd be willing to bet that mr. mueller has had trump's tax returns for quite some time.
