I actually got an infraction for an f bomb in that thread. Whats up with that? It seemed like the censorship left for a bit and now it's back?
Kyle all you are doing is pointing out the obvious, like if I was here stating how great the sunny weather is going to be for the next week, you will be quick to say yeah but rainy days are eventually coming, you just wait and see dummies! At this point you are just being a wet noodle.
Lol, I was just messing with you dude. Plus, you will get another chance to vote for a socialist...I think Bernard is running again.
I would argue telling me how good the economy is right now is pointing out the obvious but it doesn't stop all of you from doing it routinely.
My reply was in jest too Jay, no worries. Bernie is too damn old and that mind of his appears to be going fast lol
You are trying to conflate boom time with congressional spending habits. Dems primarily controlled Congress during Reagan and Republicans during Clinton Era.
I conceded Yank initial point, the economy is doing great. Literally, all I pointed out is that Trump needs to push for more budget cuts or this won't mean anything in the long run. I don't know what you want people to do, just agree with everything pro Trump posted on here?
If Reagan and Clintons GDP are about the same (your words), and the opposing party controlled congress, how come one ended with a deficit and the other didn't? I don't see it as conflation. The GDP says the had pretty similar economic growth during their presidency. So are you saying congress was more fiscally responsible under Clinton? Trump is in an economic boom right now, no? So with a boom and tax cuts he should be able to cut the debt, no? Just as Clinton did. Again, this is not an attack on Trump. I am just trying to have a conversation on how Trump can use this great economy he created to do way more than anyone ever thought he would be able to. And also put more undeniable proof he is succeeding. We have heard nothing but debt increases the past 18 years, it would be refreshing for a president to do the opposite. If anything, I wish Trump would attack congressional budget makers instead of football players kneeling. I telling you what I would like Trump to do to see him succeed. That's the most you will get from me as I still see his character far below the presidential standard.
Not at all, nobody can expect you to agree with everything anyone says all the time. When debating a topic though, it’s best to stay on topic. That is all.
I am a proponent of lowering the national debt. I too wish he (Trump) would(have) pushed Congress on budget. Yes, Congress was more fiscally responsible under Clinton’s second term compared to any since WWII I believe.
What was the topic? Trump has great economy? No one is or can argue that....my argument again is that cuts are needed too. Trump is awesome! He is the best! Best economy ever!!!! ^^^there you go, now can I be part of the herd?
Fair enough, can't argue with your thoughts there. Now Trump should take a lesson from them, he really does have the chance to do something great for this country here.
