I ask a serious question about Faux Cahontas; your response is to go ballistic regarding Trump. You're the poster buoy for TDS, sparkus.
Democrats Abandon the Constitution The Kavanaugh battle lost, they claim the Electoral College, Senate and judiciary are illegitimate. • The Electoral College. Mr. Trump’s opponents claim he is an illegitimate president because Hillary Clinton “won the popular vote.” One commentator even asked “what kind of nation allows the loser of a national election to become president.” The complaint that the Electoral College is undemocratic is nothing new. The Framers designed it that way. They created a republican form of government, not a pure democracy, and adopted various antimajoritarian measures to keep the “demos” in check. The Electoral College could be eliminated by amending the Constitution. But proposing an amendment requires two-thirds votes in both houses of Congress, and the legislatures of three-fourths, or 38, of the states would have to ratify it. • The Senate. The complaint here is that the 50 senators who voted in Justice Kavanaugh’s favor “represent” fewer people than the 48 who voted against him. But senators represent states, not people. Equal Senate representation for the states was a key part of the Connecticut Compromise, along with House seats apportioned by population. The compromise persuaded large and small states alike to accept the new Constitution. It was so fundamental that Article V of the Constitution—which spells out the amendment procedure—provides that “no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.” That means an amendment changing the structure of the Senate would require ratification by all 50 states. • Judicial independence. Commentators who disapprove of the Supreme Court’s composition have urged, as one law professor put it, “shrinking the power of the courts to overrun our citizens’ democratic decisions.” Some suggest limiting and staggering the justices’ terms so that a vacancy would come up every other year, ensuring that the court follows the election returns. That could be achieved via constitutional amendment, but it would go against the Framers’ wisdom. As Hamilton wrote in Federalist No. 78, life tenure for judges is “the best expedient which can be devised in any government, to secure a steady, upright and impartial administration of the laws.”
A serious question? You asked how she is qualified to be president. What makes Trump qualified? The whole point of him getting elected was he was an "outsider" no? Meaning he doesn't have the conventional qualifications to be president. But now Warren has to adhere to those conventional qualifications? I am no Warren supporter, but damn man, at least try to be consistent.
And thy name IS hyperbole, sparkus deuteronomous. There you go againe, doing that lefty shuffle: accusing others of doing what you did. Stay woke!
I asked a question about Faux Cahontas. You immediately deflected. It's you, bead of mercury buoy, it's your modus operandi. Your rage shall follow & that right soon.
So you want to know why Warren is qualified, yet don't care to answer how Trump was qualified? Totally consistent. You can't ask how a future candidate is qualified when you can't answer how the current president is qualified. Qualifications don't matter, Trumps election made that abundantly clear....
Your actions. C'mon, mang, everyone's watched you go down this road ad nauseum dozens of times. It's actually boring at this stage. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
The funny part about this is you are the one with TDS. You call me a liberal but yet I am able to criticize BO for the mistakes he made. It seems no matter what Trump does, you guys find a way to justify it. So are you seriously saying Trump has never lied or done anything wrong? If so, I would say TDS is the diagnosis.
You're injecting Trump into every aspect here. What, is Faux Cahontas your ancient Sioux grandmother or something? Why, when I asked about Faux Cahontas, did you go ballistic regarding Trump? Answer: TDS Lighten up, Francis.
