And what they don’t realize yet is they’ve compromised and made a circus and a mockery out of that legal system - it now plays by the rules whennit wants and changes or ignores the rules when it wants. Now in real terms it holds no real power anymore...it’s power was in supposedly being just and fair and UNcompromised by bias and asshats.
How can they possibly think that this will be anything more than a dog and pony show? You truly think this country will accept this legal system levying penalty or adjudication against Trump with all the blatant dirty felonious and long term abuse that’s been brought into the light? BY the very system that’s corrupted and abusive? I’m not talking about if they would actually try because they will and have been for over two years plus - avarice and arrogance know no bounds here - but for what end? You’d have a massive upheaval, a bunch of snowflakes and liberals would get butt hurt and worse and then a total reset to constitutionality because it’s the only thing that would hold the place together. And it’s the only thing that hasn’t been corrupted yet. Good old by word Constitutionality, NOT interpretations of it. That should scare a lot of these people behind the scenes cause that then means a reckoning and payment due.
Now we’ll hear the tittering of the lefties - but listen close and you can here alittle nervousness in it.

First of all, just because a proven liar in Cohen says something happened, doesn't make it so. Secondly, he clearly will say whatever they want him to say to get a reduced sentence for crimes he committed that had NOTHING to do with Trump. Lastly, "Judge" Andrew Napolitano is a moron Fox "contributor" who had been getting it wrong for quite a while now with his "expert" analysis of things. He should go work for CNN or NBC or something. He does NOT represent the entire Fox network, he's one moron with a moron opinion. NEXT!

I've said since Day 1 that I believed that Trump banged those ho's.

I also said that the Dem's best chance to go after Trump would be the "campaign funding" issue, which would be somewhat of a gray area.

What we currently have are a couple of similar case laws (Edwards, and another I don't immediately recall) which can be used as a litmus towards an attempt to try Trump. Both previous cases conflict each other to a degree.

Let's go ahead and speculate that the House decides to initiate impeachment proceedings.

Does the Senate then decide to let proceedings continue?

On illegal campaign contributions? To pay off a couple of hookers? Out of his own pocket?
