Funny you say that, I did the exact same thing today. I checked 3 spots, all looked like gobbledygook, but Surflie reported it 3-4 Poor - Fair and mostly clean, what a bunch of horse crap! It was awful looking, made my hard on go flaccid. Tomorrow looks fun though. I think I'll go surfing then, when I'm properly hung over.

Some might consider Cohen saying Trump directed him and knew about it all along under oath and AMI admitting they paid the hush money as evidence.

And I know you'll say "he lied to save his own ass". Cohen was under oath and Trump is on twitter. I lean towards the former right hand man of the accused that is under oath over the accused on twitter. If Cohen lied then he would be setting himself more prison, see Paul Manafort.

They have credible evidence against Cohen for crimes HE committed, not Trump, but he himself. They gave him an ultimatum, say what we want and you'll get a reduced sentence and get out early OR you can spend the rest of your life behind bars or at least the majority of it. He is only saving his own ass. Nothing more. I know you want to believe Trump did wrong here but let's be real. I find it hilarious that nobody thinks Cohen is a credible witness until he has something damning to say about Trump, then all of a sudden his word is gold. F'ing classic!

So every witness that flips is full of crap and only looking to save their own ass? If that is the case than I know there are a lot of criminals ready to file their appeals.

 

That's not EVIDENCE! That's his word against Trump's. If I get arrested for tax fraud and am facing 10 years in prison and the Feds tell me that if I say that Kyle instructed me traffic 100 kilos of cocaine that does NOT mean that you actually instructed me to traffic 100 kilos of cocaine. You have to prove with EVIDENCE in a court of law to make that case.

 

Not every one, but i'm sure there are plenty, and they are probably ready to file that appeal!

My attorney would argue what proof do you have of any connection to Kyle and cocaine and you would have to prove that.

They have proven that the money changed hands and it came from one party (Cohen) to AMI and then to McDougal. That is a link between the 3 parties. You would not be able to prove that link for my kilos.

However, it is not just hearsay, it is testimony under oath. Testimony given under oath has been used as evidence for a long time in this country.

The point is he tried to circumvent campaign finance law to make this go away and instead of just admitting it when caught and taking the fine, he lied and tried to cover it up.

You are only going off of what is publicly known. One would think if Mueller is even a half decent investigator, he has evidence to back up the testimony or else he wouldn't have cut a deal. We will find that part our soon enough. Either Mueller has the evidence to back up giving Cohen the deal or he is going to look like a fool when he releases his report and there is nothing to corroborate Cohen. I tend to think he is too smart to walk into the latter.

I am not buying the quid pro agreement between Cohen and Mueller to bring down Trump that DP is suggesting.
