Nobody is denying that money was paid to the whores. I have already made my point on this and JayD just made it again. No need for us to repeat it just because you don't understand. You have to prove with evidence that Trump directed Cohen to use campaign finances to make the payments. If you can't prove that, then you got nothing.

And you're not getting my point. Mueller obviously has evidence he directed Cohen or he wouldn't have cut the deal. We don't know what Mueller has because it isn't public yet; but, do you think him cutting Cohen and AMI a deal makes it looks like he does or doesn't have evidence to corroborate what they told him. If he doesn't then he will look like the biggest political hack ever when he releases his report with no evidence. Have to wait and see but I don't see how you guys don't view the deals he is cutting as a bad sign for Trump. Time will tell I guess.

Right...so we are waiting for evidence to be revealed.

We are for a conclusion, but if you don't see Trump's former employees cutting deals left and right as a sign of things to come, then we just have a different view on this one.

Things aren't trending towards a Trump exoneration imo

Never suggested there are not things to come. We were talking evidence and guilt. What...prison, impeachment, or not winning re-election? What things aren’t looking good for trump? I would say re-election is biggest risk for him at this point.

Now, the New NY AG is going to start shaking him and his family’s business down even further. No telling what will be uncovered....

I get your point, I just see this differently than you. As JayD succinctly just pointed out, "we are waiting for evidence to be revealed". The Mueller report is going to have a lot of farts and no turds, mark my words. It'll paint a picture that Trump was surrounded by bad people who did bad things (unrelated to Trump), but they won't have anything substantial on Trump himself.

Those people who decided to cooperate with Mueller will be on record claiming things that they have no actual proof of but because they copped to a plea deal will be on record claiming Trump's wrong doings. I highly doubt Mueller cares what people think of him at this stage.

This will not be enough to bring the POTUS down, but it will be enough to sway the votes of some people in the next election, which is really all they want in the end. No way they are indicting a sitting President. Next best option is make sure he doesn't get re-elected. How do so many people not see this as what's really happening here?

Well, they impeached Clinton for his dalliances.

It's totally possible that the Dems could return the favor.

Remembering, of course, that impeachment does not automatically preclude removal from office.

Most respected political analysts agree that such a move could create a constitutional crisis.

But in order for that to happen, the Senate would have to be on board...unlikely.

Don't forget, hearsay evidence is indeed a type of evidence and is actually used occasionally. It's just a weak and unreliable type of evidence.

Difference being, Clinton's misdeeds happened while he was POTUS, in the oval office and other areas of the White House. I find it hard to believe that they could impeach Trump for paying hush money as a candidate to whores he banged as a civilian. Apples and oranges no?

I’m not saying it was a
Campaign violation. Even if it turns out that it was I think that’s stupid.

My point was that DJT lied when he said he had no knowledge of a payment. So they are both confirmed liars

I hope they DO. It’s hasnt quite sunk in to the mainstream populace just how insane and hypocritical the modern liberal movement really is - let the first thing they do be THAT? They will loose a lot more than the next few elections because people are pretty much done with the wackjob showboating brick throwers living in crystal castles wasting time on horsemanuer rather than doing their dam jobs.
