Sometimes it feels that way. BUT as the nice surfer i am i go out , check the waves, and then comehome and post a report, that i have verified, lol

 

actually once the forcast said knee high, and my friend said. its Shoulder high!! and it was clean shoulder North swell. It was fun tho

 

It was like a like here today . I got some stuff done I needed to square up so I guess there a bright side to this flat spell

Anybody see "Surfer Dude"? I watched it a few days ago and it reminds me of this flat spell.

there was just a thread on surfer dude, i hate it being flat ive been being productive though, I shaped another alaia in the teeth pulling process of sanding, and have made a quarter pipe at my friends house and been hitting that on my mini longboard, took some photographs and now im gonna try to make a longboard skateboard.

there might be a swell bumb at the end of this upcoming week though

WHERE ARE THE WAVES?!?!?!
I get a go pro HD cam for christmas, come back the 2nd of january, catch nothing and still a flat ocean up til today and the next week.

 

these flat spells are pretty common in mid winter... its just that we had such a consistent fall, and this is the first flat spell in quite a while.
