I actually kinda do have a problem with it...

As disfunctional as congress is, they are supposed to pass budgets, and then the executive branch carries out the tasks they are funded to do.

I'm a believer in limited government, checks and balances and accountability.

If some liberal administration wants to fund some big climate change initiative and the congress wont pass a budget that includes funding for it, i really dont see how its ok for George Soros or some other big liberal donor so just say dont worry I'll get a bunch of my liberal friends to pay for it, so go do it.

If there's true broad public support for something, vote out the congress that wont support it.
