Think about it. Yeah Lance's post was definitely ill advised to say the least but do you really believe that this board has been taken over by the alt right? That's hyperbole, tell y'all why.

What I see is about a dozen guys who vote straight ticket on one side, and about a half dozen who do the same on the other side.

Then I see some great fkn guys who probably can go either way on Polling Dayand feel comfortable with their choice of what they consider to be the best person for the job. Those are the guys that I respect the most.

I'd rather have an in depth political conversation without all the rhetoric. I love facts, they're hard to beat in an argument.

But yeah, I can be a major dikk when people throw out hyperbole as fact.

Let's have real discussion, where facts can be drawn out without barriers of being taboo. It's the only way to overcome real issues that affect everyone.

But that means taking ownership of your shortcomings, and eventually overcoming them.

It's called integrity.

I will admit the site is better since archy left. That dude was a straight up lunatic alt righter. Lance is more like a Fredo. Not the brightest bulb, but still should be called out. Not as intentional as archy is as, but white genocide was posted none the less.

Than there is Barry. No excuses for him. He reminds me of the type of person that lived in Poland when the nazis attacked and stood silent as others were being harmed. As long as he was ok, it’s fine. Barry knows better but chooses to be an awful person.

I think we all know that Archy didn't "leave" of his own accord.

He was kicked off the island because his strong language about his beliefs were no longer tolerated by the powers that be.

Meanwhile, others using similar or stronger language remain, simply because they share the same values.
