Please take your spot naming, awkward vlogging, hipster kook nonsense and shove it up you ass. Also, welcome to the forume.
What. A. KOOK. Really like the liberal and judicious use of the kook cord in 2' surf too whatever happened to turning the camera OFF, shutting your mouth, and just going surfing?
What in God’s creation makes someone do this crap besides huge ego or huge insecurity/snowflake syndrome?? Hey everyone, look at me! “Hey beavis, Let’s buy a drone, GoPro mouth rig and make millions like that dude Ben whatshisname! Huh huh ..hhhhhhhuhuhhuhuhhuhuu ... ummmm YEAH! We could be like COOL and stuff! Umnnn mmm yeah yeah, cool and stuff!’’ This is like the douche canoe neighbor you’ve never met crashing your Christmas party and getting caught looking through your wife’s underwear drawer before he even says hello. This belongs on fakebook or insta-sham... They’d LOVE it.
Haha right? I never understood the whole vlog thing. Seems like those people have ego/insecurity issues. What's even worse? He posted it here, for sure to get viewers. Wrong. No your audience. Spend a day here and i think it's pretty clear no one would want to see your nonsense. Drone, boat, nice looking neighborhood..... my bet is mommy and daddy got him a bmw but he totaled it so that's why he's in the civic now
Yes he should definitely fire his marketing director for this one... can you imagine what heaps would be saying right now? Hahaha
If someone goes surfing but doesn't document with a drone/gopro/camera phone and make video to show the world - did they really go surfing? The answer is obviously yes. Go surf. Go live. Be happy. We dont need to see everything you do.
I would have to say that the dude is simply, the face of the new era surfer, the next generation. I wonder where his boyfriend is...??
I'm so sick of people filming themselves all the time. Did this dude just catch a drone with a go pro in his mouth? Ya JUST GO SURF
We had a spot in San Diego inside Point Loma that could only be reached by boat. It is one of the best point breaks in SoCal. It wasn't really a "secret" but was treated as such. You could boat out and have the place to yourself, or maybe a couple of other boats. Now, when a swell is running it is not uncommon to see at least 12-20 boats at the point. All because of guys like this, and those stupid farking vlogs. I don't much like what Ben Gravy is doing, but I'll give him this: he came to my state and didn't give up any spots. It would have been easy to do. Then again, we really don't have very many spots.
