Totally agree that the blame goes beyond Trump.

What is wrong with coffee?

 

Nothing as long as you drink it cold and via a straw like a man. Hot coffee is for hippies.

 

Never had a cup of it in my life. Stuff tastes terrible hot or cold.

 

I do think that showing him what can be accomplished with a thriving economy may entice him. It wasn't enough yet, but it may plant a seed.
He would be loved by his people instead of hated if he made the country flourish.

I'm not saying that is what's most important to him, but it's worth a shot.

 

How can you say that about such a great beverage?

 

I guess man, that is news to me. I’m far from a hippy and love hot coffee.

Funny my dad always told me as I aged I'd learn to love beer and coffee. The beer I learned to love in my early 20's, the coffee not yet.

 

Ok I was just messing with jay d, but.... not you. Coffee is a gift from above. I love coffee so much that if I had to pick between coffee and beer to give up - it would be beer. No question.

 

My dad told me to always make sure I wear a rubber, don’t be a wise guy, don’t be a liar or a theif, and if someone starts a fight you finish it. He also told me that my taste in women and music will change as I get older. He was right about most of it.

 

All sound advice. Sounds like smart dude.

 

For a normal person that all makes sense. But.... he ain't normal. He already has everything he wants, and a better life for his people isn't on his to do list.

Also as far as being loved/hated - he already has the love. Is it fake love that gets people killed if they don't show it?? Yup. But he doesn't care. Love to him is butt kissing and fear - all things he has piles of.

 

I only hold such strong feelings for Mary Jane.

If he didn't care at all why would he ask for the sanctions to be lifted?

 

You can accept capitalism and still be a ruthless dictator. People have been doing it for centuries. And it opens up a whole new arena for ill-gotten $$$. Examples abound.

Besides, what do anyone of us know about NPRK? Really, only that which is spoon-fed to us by American propaganda. "They're poor, they're starving, etc etc".

They're only being sanctioned by Western nations, other wealthy countries have normal diplomatic relations with them. They sell weapons. They have technology. They have agriculture. They have a lot of things that America neglects to tell us. Check some videos on NPRK, they people and infrastructure appear as modern as almost any other 1st or 2nd World nation.

I'm not sure if the economic situation there is as bad as our propaganda puppets would have us believe.
