I don't think it's "fear" as much as it is "hate".

Two completely different emotions that should never be confused with each other.

i don't believe all the diatribe directed towards Trump comes from "fear" either, yet is really no different than what the most rabid AOC detractors are frothing about.

she's an idiot, and certain people dislike her and her policies. It's not "fear".

same with Trump. Does anyone here "fear" Trump, or is it because they are just enraged?

Fox News knows what Yank hates, and they use it to scare him. Seems to work pretty well, seeing that he will post like 15 times in an hour. He thinks he's trying to save us or something, bless his heart.

Trump knows what his base hates, he uses what they hate to stoke their fear, and that mobilizes them to vote and/or post propaganda on surfing forums. In that sense he truly did make a smart move by going all white nationalist. They hate lots of folks and are easily defined, so drawing out their fear and pushing their buttons is easy.

 

C'mon man, you're better than this, you know this isn't true.

 

I agree that DJT is not a white nationalist... He just does not push them away and knows how to keep their votes. Which is smart. The left does the same with black hate groups

Well there is a big difference between being a Nationalist and White Nationalism.

I get the "there are fine people on both sides" thing. It wasn't his best moment, but I don't think he means that white hate groups are fine people

 

The difference is nuance. I think he is a Nationlist from a pure economics standpoint. Whereas saying he is a white nationalist is playing the race card and ignoring the economic perspective.

I think NYNJ makes a solid point in keeping the white vote just as Dems keep the black vote...errybody politicking!
