    So what if he is from Annapolis? 95% of the surfers (including me) ain't from OC. They moved here at some point in time from somewhere else. The only place I've ever been where I heard someone say "I'm local" is OC. Here's the rub - they never are. They are a transplant or summer wanna be or house/condo owners.

    I dont give a crap where I am from or anyone else. If you play by the rules we good .
