The story came out... Then they were fired. I can't prove anything except that illegals worked for them. Trump organization said they used fake id's... The fired employees said their bosses new they were illegal.. Either way it would fall on the business to make sure.
But do you hold Trump personally responsible or the people who work for him who hired everybody involved? He has a very large organization with thousands of employees all around the world. It’s a numbers game, and bound to happen when you have that many people working for you. At least they were fired when they found out. I don’t know that it can be proven that they knew they were illegal. And someone who just lost their job is going to be angry and say the company knew, think about it, they lost their job and are probably being deported.
I'm not saying he personally hired them. But they are his golf courses (including "the summer White House in NJ)which he seems to take a lot of pride in. You don't get to say that you are responsible for everything good that happens in your company, but not for the bad. They were fired when the story came out, because they had no choice. The fact is if heavy fines were handed out to corps employing illegals, DJT would be fined heavily.
Nope. Eliminate Welfare- that would be end of migration. If not, shoot them as they cross border. No more illegals. Tide will go the other way instantly. All of you are so pathetic, weak. No balls, America!! What the f*** do you have an army for?? Oh, don't tell me there are laws preventing our armed forces from blah blah blah blah blah. Who cares? STFU.
Fair enough. I'm fine with anybody getting fines for employing illegals, no matter their name or status. Although, the part i'm iffy about is when illegal outsmarts the employer with really good fake documents. What can be done to prevent that sort of thing from happening?
Having worked in restaurants and construction I've seen plenty of it. It's not anybody outsmarting anyone (except maybe the employer outsmarting the system) The employers know who is and who is not legal.
As a former manager, I can say that I wouldn’t have known if I hired an illegal because I only handled the interview and decision making process, I didn’t deal with paperwork (thank god), my HR lady / recruiter did that, and I have no idea what her process was, because we were in separate parts of the building. For all I know, she gave me some illegals. Would that be my fault? Would that be the CEO’s fault? No, it would have been the HR lady’s fault right? This is what I’m getting at. Or maybe it’s not her fault, maybe all the documents looked real and checked out? Who can blame anybody for that oversight?
There's a big difference between hiring practices for corporate jobs and these jobs... Everyone knows that kitchens, golf courses and construction sites. And they know who they are. The fact that dozens of illegals over multiple golf courses got fired shows it's fairly widespread... I'm not saying it's anyone's fault, it just is the way it is. If an owner mandated No Illegals on any of my sites, they could make it happen. Could some slip through the cracks here and there, sure.
Yeah you’re right, although I’m familiar with the restaurant business, I worked in one when I was younger and my Dad is a cook, everybody in the kitchen but him is Mexican. Pretty sure some are illegal. I don’t know what the hiring process for a Trump property is though. I would think they have an HR person right ? Even for these types of jobs. We’re not talking a small company like where my Dad works.
Maybe. But not all. Many recent arrivals believe wholeheartedly in AOCs adage "unwilling to work". WTF, if Welfare welcomes them, a unwed mom with 2 kids gets $72K a year--she cannot get that anywhere picking cabbages.... Never forget--the organization from Chicago called Pueblos Sin Fronteras is coaching them--they have reps wearing T-shirts in Mexico advising the masses walking up here. Google the org--read it for yourself. I saw them on a news shot on BBC a few weeks ago, clipboards and all.
Jesus Christ, we *already* have these laws in place. Reagan's Amnesty aka IRCA 1986 provides massive penalties and fines PER EACH ILLEGAL. The laws are just not being executed because large and small businesses alike threw up a giant collective howl when they were being enforced. I already previously explained this. Are any of you guys paying attention? jeez
