Maybe if I didn't have that 45 hour work thing standing in my way every week. :)

That's all right now because I have night classes as well. With the time I spend on classes, I'm at like 55 hours per week.

After about 15 years of paying dues, I'm entitled!

Completely jealous. I miss Frisco I love that area. And I'm jealous of the temps you had.

The 2 guys that I went out with yesterday both crapped out on me an hour into the water because they were so cold.. I was just getting started! One of them wears 7mm boots and a lycra sock under that and he said his feet were freezing. I wear 5mm socks and Im great.

since I came home from school for break i've noticed that the breaks in northern monmouth county (excluding a few) have not been working at all, is this so or has the swell direction just been off?

It was unreal man. I thought for sure we'd be in for an afternoon of ice headaches, but it was unseasonably balmy. if you want some warm water, you don't need to head too far south, just around cape point. i'm just stoked the wind backed off way more than they said it was going to...
that said i've been skunked after driving all the way to frisco, but the past two times its been firing. lots of sandbars between the point and the ferry docks...

It's both factors. E ground swells are very fickle in NJ. I just surfed a break in that area for the first time yesterday since my friend is going to MU. I was not impressed at all. Nothing but big walled closeouts crashing on 5 inches of water. I almost broke my neck yesterday. It's so much better where I am. I scored a DP sesh this morning and had the break to myself :D
