The one common thing you will ALWAYS see is a loud mouth lady up front, knowing that she can be a loud mouth because a guy won't punch her.
Always seems like these progressive feel comfortable confronting folks in public. Does this occur in private? Meaning - it's all for show.
FWIW, all Federal agencies (including IRS) pay bonuses and certain Union activities out of money that is left over from their normal annual operational budgets. Most Union activities are covered by Union dues paid by bargaining members (non-supervisory personnel). Any unused money from annual budgets is quickly and quietly spent, and not returned to the government. Otherwise, those agencies would see a smaller budget for the following year, which may not be enough to cover full operations. It's a vicious cycle, but necessary nonetheless and a very common business practice in the private sector as well. Not quite sure if these particular issues can be overcome by even more regulation.
