    They do that for real essentially. Certain unnamed towns will implement rules such as no tents, no trays of food, no canopys ect to keep out certain clientele. Higher daily pass prices and longer hours for beach attendants are other deterrent forms. One town in particular now has attendants on until 9pm Fri and Sat

    heres a little secret to get out of some tix - if its a meter just go to the municipal building and file a meter complaint form. Say the "meter was jammed; not accepting coins/cash during the time of use'' ticket gets thrown out 90% of the time.

    Exactly... nj is not going to change. same terrible corrupt politics

    .... everytime I drive through Sea bright I wonder.... errr... nobody around... no where to park... nothing going on... really a waste

    NJ will never change--it will ALWAYS be corrupt. It is the state motto and culture.

    Cory booker did an amazing job cleaning up Newark. Wait, he spent his whole time as mayor trying to figure out how to become a senator.

    And now is spending his time as senator pitching a presidential run.
