Yeah, I have been going insane. Last time I lost my job I had waves to ride. This time it has been painfully small / flat. Work will keep me sane. Waves are on the way, some day...

Thanks man, I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. One door closes, another opens. Time will tell how good the job is.

Yeah, 2019 overall hasn’t been that great. We have had our moments and one decent stretch of consistency, but that’s about it. Hopefully it picks up in the near future and stays rideable for a while. I’m guessing July will be better but not great.

Day 1 on the new gig is in the books. I moved into my own office, which has a few other desks for my soon to be new hires. Once that is filled I will also fill out the 1st and 2nd floors with a larger team. Best part is I get paid not only on what personally sell but also on all their deals at 50% of what I would get if I sold it myself.

So I got all my paperwork finished, took a tour of the facility with the CEO / my boss. Then we went over more details of the program and I listened to a couple phone calls he made to warm leads. Then spent the rest of the day reading and doing research.

The place is amazing. If you like sports, especially baseball, you would be impressed with what they have, which is an all-inclusive training facility so the players never need to leave the facility. It has all professional level equipment and grounds that gives them a professional / NCAA type experience. For various sports, from youth - Division 1 players. Even some pros say it’s better than their team facility.

Anyways, as you can tell I’m pumped. If any of you coach a team or have kids and want to invest in their development hit me up and I will hook you up with the lowest price I’m allowed to give, as I have some flexibility.

Lol All good, I just hate when my pics don’t post right, I’m a little OCD ya see.

Thanks, it’s really an awesome facility, that’s just one of many fields.

Not to mention it’s all inclusive. We have a player hotel onsite that’s resort quality, cafeteria with chef cooked meals 3x a day, 10,000+sq.ft. Weight facility, 32,000sq.ft. Indoor batting and pitching facility with 7 MLB level PX1 and PX2 pitching simulators (most in the world) that give the life size video display of the pitcher throwing the ball, you can program any type of pitch from 40-100 mph in any sequence you want.

It’s for lots of sports though, not just baseball, there’s football, soccer, lacrosse, we’re gonna build a massive basketball / volleyball facility next.

Right now we’re in phase 1 of the operation. There’s another couple phases to go with expansion. There’s lots of land around this place and they keep buying it up.

Oh I almost forgot the lounge and game rooms and all the big screen TV’s and full wall projection screens for watching ESPN, games, and movies. Plus they can bring their PS4 or Xbox. Then you got the arcade, ping pong table, air hockey, etc.
