I gotta new bort -5'5.5 x 21.5 x 2.675 dont ever believe a shaper when he says 4 weeks, it will be longer, by a lot and there will be excuses, obfuscations, and lies as summarized in my below haiku lied to and misled. four weeks becomes sixteen. are you kidding me?!
That thing is sikk, there's so much going on with that tail I don't know where to start. Had a board shaped by Richard Gomez ("Mez") from Kauai a little over a year ago. Fkn solid guy and the shape is my new fave, but the time from conception until the time it was in my hands seemed like an eternity lol Originally gonna be shaped on da island, couple months later in Cali, all the glassers went out of business and Moonlight was backed up for months. Almost like getting a bort from Rich "Toby" Pavel lol
Nice tail I like channels But that’s just a how it goes... you gotta wait. They make. Or you wait and buy CL once someone finally sells something you want. Btw are you new to the forume? Have you considered starting a ‘hello’ threade to properly introduce yourself?
She’s a beaut, got any other pics? I feel you on the lies and delayed delivery, I went through that with my Fish as well. It wasn’t until I got tired of waiting and started calling and emailing that it magically got finished.
thats the difference between you and I sailor, I am an original type of guy, where as you are pretty generic
Dude he already posted a pic of his chick Didn't you see the hot chick with all 5 of her legs splayed out?
Prolly got Starfish's maiden name on the bottom somewhere, maybe trying to keep a little anonymity which isn't a bad thing
Hello Starfish The same way you started this threade! duh.... Make a new one called Hello threade! Thanks for abiding, its kinda a right of passage around here... even its its just a new aviator or name, We would still like you to abide to the swellinfo.com rules and by-laws as per the swell info mods for propere introduction. You pal and bff Mr Belmar
no, its gonna stay on the island, I am going to ask my fave SNJ shaper to make me one similar, but a 5'10 instead of a 5'5.5 Channels apparently are a real hassle for shapers, sanders, and glassers
