does anyone hate zumiez? I hate that place they are overpriced, the people that work there are goth, the place is too goth, they never have anything in stock, and the list goes on. I pretty much hate a lot of those mall stores becides PacSun. Pac Sun always has a deal, and about 5 years ago i got a pair of boardshorts at hollister (I didnt know better) and they don't even have a wax comb.
I don't know what zumiez is, but my last boardshorts were from PS. I picked them up because they were 40%.
yea pac sun is legit. i actually get my boardshorts this time of year when there on clearence. I got a couple the other day from quiksilver.com. Zumiez is a mall based skate and snowboard shop that sells boards and everything except they put local shops out of business. They have one is Salisbury as well as I think they have one in Monmouth with the couch tour
you talk about zumiez putting local shops out of business...do you think pac sun doesn't? if you want "surf gear", go support your local shop, not some bargain retailer that caters to the non-surfing crowd. pac sun, & any other store like that, is as bad as hollister, IMO. but then, i've been wearing the same pair of patagonia boardies for the last 6 years.
