What time do your half days start? Mine start at 1130AM, but I hardly ever get them.

Hunter huh? I used to go there like every weekend in High School. Have they set up any lights yet for night boarding? I remember that was the only thing that irked me about that place. You get all the way up there and have to leave at 4 when they close. That powder will be nice though... I hit Blue about two weeks ago for the first time this season... Just don't have time to go boarding anymore...

ahhh you're gonna go insane??? I know the feeling but dude, I haven't been in the Atlantic since Christmas/New Years!!!! I've been way too busy with high school and sports to get in recently. I was in the Pacific last week but I miss my crappy cold atlantic beachbreak for some odd reason! ahhahaha

i just got back from a week in utah last week, and still have a serious itch to stay in the snow. i went to hunter sat. w/ some friends and ti was dreadful, but that was b/c the crowds and the ice. shouldn't have to deal with any of that tomorrow.

hunter itself is definitely not one of the nicer mountains in the area. lifts are old and the lodge is disgusting and deteriorating. blue is generally my go-to local spot for like a pre-trip warmup, but hunter is getting more snow and it's going to end up being closer since i'm crashing in NY tonight. if you're equidistant from both places, i'd definitely recommend blue. hunter is definitely a few hundred vertical ft bigger though.

kinda sad about missing the surf, but waves come yr round and snow definitely does not.

I was only half serious and I read in a later post youre already up there so I jumped the gun a little bit. I think i ahve hatred toward you because i ate major **** snowboarding saturday night at shawnee... It was my first time snowboarding in 6 years (gave it up for surfing)

    SIDE NOTE:
Looking for a way to come in a little late tomorrow. i planned using one of the following:

Flat tire on way to work
    Alarm didnt sound
    Car battery died
The cat ran out the front door and spent the better part of the morning chasing him (my boss loves animals)
My car was blocked in at my complex and i had to locate the owner of the vehicle.
Locked my keys in my car.

    Any other good ones?

are you going to be surfing in Spring Lake or AC? Looks like afternoon is going to be best in Monmouth County.

In regards to your boss, I'm assuming your trying to get a dawn patrol in? I would just be honest with him. Ask if you can stay late or come in early another day or something. Either that or take a personal day (that's what they're there for)...

hey man, living around here you can easily snowboard and surf. those are my two sports, and have been for a long time. i surf like 100x more than i snowboard though, so when i have opportunities like this, gotta jump on it. hoping to get some waves this weekend though, despite them being small.

take a 1/2 sick day. just say you had a severe stomach ache all morning and it took a while to get yourself together. that's what i'm saying, except it's going to be a full day haha

Im surfin ac. Just booked my room for the night at showboat so im thinking i can get 2 hours (if im up by 6a) and still be in my office on time. If not, the cat ran out the door....

I dont think my boss would be ok with me telling her to "Eat a fat one" plus i like my job so...

Im def going to be getting back into snowboarding, i just havent had a job in a while and never had the money to go, ya heard?
